Hi all :)
Do you use Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones while trying to AP?
Would be nice to hear some opinions, and especially sources where you got them, to filter out which one are good and which one's are worthless, because i always put on my headphones with some isochronic tones when i try, and in my opinion they seem to help :)
