Astral Travel or an experience,for which one does not require the body, is spoken and taught by most religions and some new age sects. Several stories are available. Though skeptics often dismiss these events, the atheists totally disbelieve this experiences giving some or other explanation.Astral Travel or Projection is proven truth and it is available for everyone who want to experience supernatural power of universe, it does not require one to be a Yogi or a Guru. What is required is firm belief and conviction that it can be achived. Without firm conviction it is highly impossible to achieve any paranormal experiences not to mention Astral Travel.
