Hello All!
I've just ran into this site, It's interesting ,so I thought I'd join.
My name is Layla! I discovered Astral Projection around 3 months ago I think. When I was searching more about Lucid Dreaming is when I also found out about Astral Travel. I'm really interested in both. I'm not that great with either..yet. Anytime I try to Lucid dream I just get to the point when I realize I'm dreaming, but then I get too excited and end up waking myself up ( such a bummer >:( ) Then, with Astral projection I calm myself and empty my mind, but I usually end up falling asleep or either feeling vibrations but end up waking myself from the paralysis state. Arg, so not fun. What am I doing wrong? How can I improve? I've never really talked to any other people that are trying to Astral Project, and when I talk to my family about it they just think I'm crazy hehe :o :P .

Welcome to the forum, You are in the perfect place to learn about Astral Projection :)
I see, you get too much excited. Just try to stay calm. You need a little more self control.
You will surely get your control with practice. For the fast results on Astral Projection,
