Hello friends i have a problem to ask you. When i have nightmare. i feel like some entity is playing with my dreams to making them real bad nightmares to scare me up and suck up my energy. cuz dreams are like someone is playing with me and sending some children to watch me in my dream. when i understand im in lucid when the dream pushs me so hard and makes me really angry im trying to fight it and in the end come out from my body and see an entity close to me trying to paralyze me or im wakin up as a soul in my room but im paralyzed. like she or he is on me. there is times i thouht its a she cause im waking up in ap paralyzed and its like something is hugging me an with pushing it make me sleep and makes me see erotic dreams. like entering in a shape of a woman etc. i read some rumors about succubus it comes a bit silly to me but this started to happen a lot. what do you think? maybe next time i should go out with all my power and try to create a light sword and kill it ? can i attack it with my barehands?
If you see entity that look like shadow. That is bad, and those entity makes you dream bad and makes you dream nightmares. I had some experience with them, and after some time I have stopped to be afraid of them and then they vanished. If you see entity like humans without faces, they are only guides for your lucid dream, and following them or listening them for what they say is going to lead you in great dream experience like sky floating, or some thing that is not possible in real world. At least that is my experience... In dream, if you are at least aware that you are in dream at that moment, just try not to be afraid and follow, or wake up if you don't think its going to be good for you.
