Well, I think he is seeing such things because of fear while sleeping, Tell him to pray before he goes to sleep. It will solve.
Or, you can help him while you astral project.

What kind of help should i provide when im astral projecting?

Just try to find out whether the things happening to your brother is real or just his fear making it all.
If its just his fear, I hope you can solve by telling him not to fear of that :)
