meditation for lucid and sleep.

is this part of meditation? I tried meditating when i went to bed for lucid dreaming and sleeping using the breathing technique after waking up, during the day i sometimes fell a  fast felling of lightheaded and then it's like my soul is shaking left to right.

Haha , yours soul shaking left to right , i exactly know what you mean but it cannot be explained probably , its feeling that your head is turning left and right but its your soul head right? :P

yea exactly. So with this, dose this mean that if you have mastered meditation and Astral you can some how shift your astral body to any place during anytime at will.
also is it a good choice to meditate to fall asleep and how often should i meditate.
I fell like to achieve the astral projection, lucid dreaming, and other abilities i have to start with meditation. (I also want to try tummo meditation because i hate the winter).

First , the head shaking thingy is a PROGRESS of the meditation , which refers that your body is becoming lighter and lighter , as much as you started to feel your soul , at this point you shall be consenerating incredibly right for just 5 minutes or 10 minutes to achieve the MABA, if not concenerating probably it will take around 25-35 minutes , and is it good to meditate to fall asleep? Yes it is , but try to meditate for Sleep paralysis every night you sleep , i know its helpless when you do it when you are tired but meditating better than doing nothing no? Also how often you shall meditate? You shall probably do it once a day for 1h to 30m , but you are not FORCED to do it daily! Most people does it when they feel like they want it and it works probably :) , any more questions? Feel free to ask :)

Meditation is so hard. I just tried to meditate and there are certain moments where i get into like a trance like im about to dream then i loose the it then i have to start all over again.When im about to fall into the dream state i get like visions, and sometimes words and visions become repetitive automatically. Now i will meditate every day to improve my concentration. I guess your ability to meditate well is equivalent to how you can concentrate in the physical world.
Im i on the right path?

something happened last night. I'm not sure if this was astral or not but when went to sleep i meditated. There was a point where during my sleep it felt as if i was coming out of my body and i saw some one telling me come out i only saw a glowing white hand. But any way as it felt as if i was coming out, my physical body was turning to it's side... that was all remember. What made me remember this was when i woke up i had a dead arm from sleeping on my arm when i turned to my side. I also had about four dreams that night.

Hi MindSculpt,
Because you are practicing meditation regularly, you will encounter such things more often now on, So try to use some Astral Projection techniques to increase it even more :)
Reading your experience, If felt that it is a sleep paralysis where you missed your astral projection by going unconscious again :)
