I think i had a breakthrough. when i was meditating, with my eyes closed i stared at the black space in front of me and started focusing on my breath then colors started to flash then i saw a golf stick hit a golf ball in the air while the air i saw leaves started to fall. My problem is just focus. Is this a technique? (Staring into the blankness and focusing on your breath).
also a week ago i felt really sad and then i found a quiet place and meditated for like 5 min after that probably 20-30 min latter i was really happy i didn't care about what other people were doing or thought about me i was just one with my self it felt really good i was so happy.
Your focus? , here, if you have ipad download Super Hexagon game, or even play it online, it increases your focus INCREDIBLY, if you use computers then look for it on google :) , it will help you to focus on one thing
About your meditation, 5 minutes is not really a meditation, because your body has just relaxed, but if you try more than 20 mins you will see the difference :)
