
I apologize for the delayed response.
When I feel vibrations, I wait for few seconds. Which will help me get out of fear if any. Then I start feeling happy that I am getting vibrations. Just after that, I will try to open my eyes to see the surroundings. Once I see it, I will start to roll out of bed by seeing the door.
Sometimes rolling out works very easily, but sometimes it won't. Those times, I try to stay calm, wait for the vibrations to increase and then try again roll out.
