Hi Joseph,
Welcome to the forum :)
If you are getting vibrations, then just try to open your astral eye and try to use some movement free exit methods to project your astral body :)
You can start from here:

Hello, Welcome to the forum :)
You were on the right track, You would have not tried to wake up.
There is no physical damage through the buzzing sound, I have heard that its something like tuning into the higher planes. like fine tuning a tv channel(The best example) :P
Whenever you feel these type of things, just calm yourself, do not panic. Calm yourself and try to open you astral eye(not the physical eye). So once you open, you can see your room clearly eyes closed:)
Use some movement free exit techniques to separate your astral body from physical body. Using physical techniques like rolling out or some other similar techniques may lead ruin your vibrations :)
Hope this helps :)
Happy Travels,
Regards,
Praveen
Its really good that you have sent some of the spirits to the higher planes :)
Eager to read the experience of Roy :)

Blowing up the message board ??
Not a problem, I like it :)
Everyone should as questions :)
Well, you are right, you were on Etheric plane, because when you are in Astral Plane, you will not fear for anything and you simply explore it rather than getting scared :)
Raise your positive energy and try always to get into Astral Plane :)
Staying more time in Ethric plane is difficult, you will encounter some entities or you may fight with someone and finally you will get back to your body very soon :)
Happy Travels :)
