Hi Brother,

Really a good Idea, But right now I don't think the site needs more admins, coz I haven't had much difficulty in Administering it yet :)
People visit this site are really very good, no one is spamming here too :)
Sure I will add more admins when site gets even more visitors and more spam :)

Welcome to the forum Amber :) After reading your first experience, I can tell you that you experienced the Sleep Paralysis and you were in lower Astral Planes. Do not fear on anything, Raise your positive energy and you will never encounter such scary things again. You believe that, you are asleep and you cannot open your eyes, that is why you couldn't able to open your third eye. Just believe that you can see and you will see :) When you want to try astral projection, you must believe you can do anything in astral plane and raise your positive energy to get only good experiences :) About your second experience :) If you are aware that you are not in your body, then its Astral Projection, Even the lucid dreaming is an Astral Projection where you are not aware that you are out of your body. Don't get scared on anything. Just believe you can do it. You can open your eyes, Start asking questions when you are again in that not earthly place. You will get answers there itself :

Yesterday, when I got into sleep paralysis, I tried this technique. But I couldn't build my energy twin :(
Have to try one more time soon.
