Above technique will work for sure, I have tried and I got 100% success rate :)

Just use some movement free some exit techniques and fly out :)

Actually head must not be placed in the north with feet in the south. You can keep the head in south with feet in north. If ones head is in north and feet in south, then he is facing South. As per Indian traditions South is the direction of Yama (God of death) and only a dead body must be placed in that position. Also if one is sleeping in the north-south direction, it is in line with the earth's magnetic field and will create disturbance in human bodies which has high iron (hemoglobin) content.
