Also catching them appear on the kids in area too, when they are "happy", or being themselves vs what their parents say they should be. Another thing I've also been noticing is that the kids are refusing to go to bed, stay up super late, or after their father goes to sleep. Then sleep all day. To me this is HUGE red flag, something is amiss. Any ideas on how to block it or help protect the kids next door?
