I guess I am a lucid dreamer?

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Hi Patricia :)
Welcome to the forum :)

Reading your experience, I remember my childhood dreaming techniques which I had lost right now.
I was doing the same things you have explained, But in a different way. I used to get scary dreams. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and say "I like this dream" & I will not get the scary thing again. I know my mind works opposite. If I say I need, I won't get that dream again :)
This is the techniques I was using in my childhood. One more I was using, I used to think about Aladdin & Genie (hope you know those stories) I used to think of those and simply say, I don't want that as dreams. You know what, I get the dreams like talking to genie and Aladdin ;)

That was really cool at my childhood. But when time passes, As I grew up. Too many complex situations in my life. So...(continued)

Most Stable and Most Commanding Lucid Dream

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Hi all, Just though to share my experience, I just now woke and I had an Awesome Lucid Dreams.

The session was more stable. Even if my conscious returns back to body, I used to get out easily again, I used the visualization technique and got bored to visualize and changed my position of sleep. After sometime, I got into vibrations and I got out and was near my house gate, I gave a command to open, previously I was struggling to jump that or pass through or just open it. But now just a simple command worked. Gate opened automatically like shown in some movies :P. There were so many people coming towards me, I just said Go Away. They all gave space to me. I was very happy. The verbal commands works great in Lucid Dream or Astral Projection. The scene was fading,I just said "I want to see more" the scene...(continued)

Really Long Stable Lucid Dream

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Hi all :)

I'm really happy for having a very long stable Lucid Dream :)
Here its a national holiday for a festival today. So I woke as usual and had some work, I finished those and went to sleep coz I was very tiered.
I didn't try any techniques for AP or LD. Coz I was not in mood to try it as was very tiered.

I don't know how I got to that place, I was standing on middle of the road. I suddenly felt that I was dreaming(got Lucid).
Suddenly my visuals started getting blur or smokey. Suddenly I remembered the words of NineLives" i will to see" " i will to see". I started saying over and over again. I got my visuals stabilized after saying it over and over again :)
Post of NineLives: http://www.forumforastral.com/your-experiecnce-on-astral-projection/what-is-actually-happening-to-me/msg799/#msg799

Suddenly I saw a group of...(continued)

need help

celeste I'm Here for Inner Awakening

It was beneficial for you to come out of that.  It has to do with the nerves of the eye.  When you are in any full-blown meditation modes or lucid dreaming your eyes are not in any way held in any position.  You are not trying to make yourself dead.  You think of watching somebody die or how they are portrayed in pictures.  Their eyes roll up into their head, the iris disappears.  Why is that?
The eyeballs are filled with liquid just like your skull is because your eyes are brains.  They are the opposite end of the nerves that lead to the visual cortex.  Have you ever heard of when people go into comas, they go into what is called a 'fetal position.'  All of their muscles and tendons contract.  That is the answer as to why the iris disappears.
The eyes are very unique.  There are only...(continued)

remembering...

Praveen Kumar S Wake-walking in dream state

Remembering ??
oh I forgot that :P

I have seen some people saying this often. One of my friend says the same. I don't get any dream at all.
But everyone dream every night, but its all about remembering it. It needs some practice :)

Yes, there is a way to train it. firstly start writing whatever you get when you wake up from sleep. It maybe just a single element in your dream. like you may had met someone in your dream. Write it down :)
Step by step, you will start getting progress with your dreams for sure.

Try this once, whenever you wake from sleep, before opening your eyes, try to remember something about the dream. If you find something, then open your eyes and write it down. coz the moment you wake, the dream recall rate falls down :)

You should at-least remember a few seconds from your dream :)

Waiting

Darklon I'm here for astral projection

I want to post more experiences on lucid dreaming but I haven't had a lucid dream since that last one I posted.

I'm having trouble becoming aware in my dreams. My dreams are pretty vivid none-the-less though, just not lucid.
