That's awesome, I think I'll try practicing reality checks tonight. I've kinda been relying on isochronic tones solely but I should try those too. Although lucid dreaming and projection has been hard on me cuz I haven't been able to sleep easy because of death threats and the such. I'm trying to deal with it legally but I need to archive the messages.

I had a dream a couple nights ago, wasn't completely clear but I remember in my dream I was at a high school with a girl in my class I wanted to bring her into the other world and I created a "bridge" to the astral (more like a portal really). She ventured in and I was there at the other end and I let her explore for a while before I approached her, let her get used to the scenery I guess. I was attracted to her curiosity and I was attracted to her in general because I could sense that she had a good heart, more spiritual than most people like me. A lot more happened after that but like I said my memory is not clear right now. Just wanted to share, thought you guys might enjoy it.

Btw, is it possible to revisit this memory through projection? I would very much like to do that, I want to know this vividly.
