I apologize for the negligence happened, I read your experience. You are really near(Very near). Everyone fails at this part(exit part) and forget Astral Projection and some other will break their trance by moving physically instead of moving astral body, You have mentioned that you tried AP from Lucid Dream. If you are in lucid dream, don't ever get back to your body and try to project. Its pretty difficult one. So when you are in Lucid dream you can right away get into the places you want. Just close your eyes and think of the real places. You won't get back to the body and you will be directly get into the astral world from lucid dreaming. here you don't need to struggle separating your astral body from physical body(the difficult part).

    I'm afraid that telling your email address in the astral realm is sometimes works and sometime doesn't, But the success rate is very very low.
If you are in twitter, just send him a personal message. That will work sometimes. I know when it comes to love, everything gets complicated. even the simple thing gets complicated due to tension ;)

Cats are excellent astral projectors! No doubt your cat was aware of what was happening to you and itself jumped astrally off your bed. I use the term "astral" in its broadest sense, as what happened sounds more like an OBE within the RTZ (Real Time Zone).

The astral body can be changed at will, so perhaps your cat had some reason to change its colour; what that reason might have been, it's difficult to say. You will have to ask your cat that telepathically!

When you returned rapidly to the physical, the cat did the same. Hence its colour was as it always has been in the physical: black!
