Astral project in just 3 days!! Simple like hell!!

dude1981 I'm Here for Inner Awakening

hm i cannot tell you if you need them or not, due i havent had a astral projection yet... but most of the people who had them doesnt mention it at all. so i guess no, its not necessary.
i got to the vibrational state without kunulini and the other things. although i imagine the white light everytime. not for 5 minutes as suggested, but a short imagination before i start the process. i guess you dont need it to project, but it makes you feel more secure (at least i do so).
what you can do about felling asleep?
for me it helps just to focus on something. if its just a word or a phrase or a object doesn't matter, just keep the focus. I've read about another good technique:
when you are lying on bet, just raise your hand in the air, 90 degrees... you know not the whole hand, but the upper arm, just have it...(continued)

I've got a general question

celeste I'm Here for Inner Awakening

You mention 3 things: Astral projection, Lucid dreaming, and OBE. I think the difference is in the vibrations, the frequency. You know they have discovered a particle that can pass through matter; the neutrino.  The neutrino is like the dividing state between our physical dimension and the dimensions you describe.

You have to consider your own state, being physical.  You do everything in a physical world.  Your physical eyes can only see physical things.  When you sleep, it is not your physical eyes that see, it turns into the actual experience of another dimension, a vibratory experience.

It is hard to describe the differences in those 3 things, it's like, you can see the difference. I think it has to do with appearances.

In Astral Projections there are auras. In the astral world, you can determine...(continued)

Must Read For Beginners - The Steps to Success in your First Projections

EnkiGautama I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I just registered after I read a couple of the threads on how to travel in the astral planes. I`m trying to lucid dream and astral travel for a couple of weeks only..so I am a NOOB :)
But I am reading lots about it and try to get as much info as possible...even watch videos on YT.

I really really liked your description of how to do the different steps. I'll definitely try it again tonight. As I read in another thread, when You kinda get that strong feeling of giving up, because it won't work anyways...then actually you are 90% there. Well...this sucks...cause that means I was exactly there last night. But what I did basically was just laying still and wait. Now I read so many good tips from you and others in this forum...yay I'm gonna go for it. Thanks a lot, it`s a great joy...(continued)

PROBLEMS WITH RELAXING (twitching and jerking)

When I astral project i do everything I'm supposed to (clear my mind, breathe correctly and tense my muscles to relax them), but when i start to finally relax my legs, arms, head, or feet will start to itch or jerk. If i ever get my body numb it will jerk or move badly occasionally, bringing me out the state of numbness. I was wondering how to stop this, or I don't think I will ever be able to project

Properly left my body for the first time since a year ago, but still confused.

Sebastian I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I use to have those dreams very often actually, I hated that slow feeling weighed down feeling I use to get, I probably still get these dreams from time to time. Btw there is one thing I have not mentioned, before my experience I had on Friday this happened to me which I record by the side of my bed pretty much like when I want to write down a dream so I do not forget it, this happened as I was about to leave my body.

A male voice spoke to me on Thursday 16th august 2012, this was in the morning, perhaps slightly before 9am or slightly after. I was lying in my bed as still as possible using rapid out of the control thought patterns, or thought patterns that I would suddenly pause, then quickly continue, and I would usually repeat them, and then voice began to speak to me,...(continued)

I think I managed to astral project today but I'm not sure. Thoughts??

lauraaa I'm Here for Inner Awakening

My friend stayed overnight with me last night but when she left this afternoon I was still tired and was lying in bed on my stomach.
Then all of a sudden I was dreaming that I was walking through my dining room but I felt really really tired and kinda, collapsed to the floor. Then my body started moving backwards along the floor and go into the living room as if it was being pulled in by something.
Then I started to float up towards the living room ceiling and my whole body was vibrating and I could hear a weird static noise in my ears like when your radio isn't quite tuned in properly but you can still hear people talking and stuff.
I was still facing down as if I were in bed though, which is even weirder. At one point I thought I was going to go right through the wall or ceiling...(continued)

What's happening

garyscottadamson I'm Here for Inner Awakening

I unfortunately always just wake up. Whenever I take control of a dream or think I'm projecting, I just wake up. It annoys me because, it's like my brain is just stopping me from doing it to annoy me. There is absolutely no reason for me to wake up when these experiences happen, but I always do. It's so frustrating.

Hi g-man,

I had a similar experience twice, first was I went to sleep & I relaxed for sometime right after relaxing I entered into a dream like opening a curtain and entering into a room, after sometime I projected aborting the Lucid Dream. It was really awesome. But this doesn't seems that easy, coz this need a 100% concentration & will to do this.

After so many days I did the same thing, though I was trying daily. The success rate of this is very low. Coz Concentration is very very important here. I will shortly post the great technique that I used to achieve this state.
