I think you may have been experiencing the sensation from attempting projection. I have seen some refer to this as "energetic ecstasy", where energy is flowing through your body and it builds up to the point of helping you leave your body, hence the sensations you were feeling. Those who have experienced it described the sensations as arousing.

And don't worry too much about succubi/incubi, they mainly attack when you're asleep and they're more likely to trick or scare you first before going right in. As long as you're well protected, you should be safe from them.

i had two dreams that i think were astral projection were i get up off my bed an open my door the first time i opened my door there was a girl in the hallway she didnt have a mouth and when i opened the door she looked at me so i close the door and eventually woke up and the second time i got up to open my door i opened the door and something pulled it back closed i tried to open it several time and eventually it let me open the door and it came in and it was a little girl and it scared me and i woke up

Hello! new to the forums. I have a quick question and also a question on an Experience I had that I can't quite explain.

The simple question: What determines what time of day you enter the astral realm? Like if I was to wake up at 4am and try to astro project will I arrive there at night at 4am? Or is it random?

Here is the Experience question. So a couple weeks ago I had woken up at 9am and wasn't even trying to project or anything I decided to lay back down. All of the sudden I felt like I fell asleep then I sat up in my bed and my body felt extremely heavy like a thousand pounds was trying to push me back down. I couldn't even turn my head it stood looking straight. I was in my bed and my room looked like it always does at 9 am but I felt like I was on another planet like as if I was...(continued)

I dreamt I was in a room with some professors that were asking me advice on an astrophysics test for their students. I never went to college for astrophysics, so why would a professor ask me advice about an astrophysics test for the students?

The rope might work sometimes, but if it doesn't then imagine yourself floating up and reaching out with your soul without moving at all. I know it might sort of confusing but just think of your spirit reaching out all you to use is imagination. Peace Peace

It doesn't sound like an astral projection to me, more of a dream that was on the verge of being lucid.

Are there astral training rooms avalibe?

Places where confused thought forms aren't permitted to manifest, places where i can learn from my current problems at the side of my guide where only MY guide can materalize specific odd stuff when i am ready for it? (to learn of course!)

So, does anyone has experience with being guided and protected by the higher forces on such level?

This way to learn to overcome your fears is a possibility, right??
