Why hello there!

Hi! I'm a new user here, really interested in deveolping skills in astral projection. I'm hoping that alot of you experts here can help me to become a pro!! My problem is 'staying' in the astral realm.. :-\ (The longest I've been there is like 5 mins.)

Can you stay in Astral Plane for 5 Mins ?? You are really awesome then, Only secret to stay out for more is to stay calm :)
