Third eye chi

Hi,

About 6 months ago I had my first expierience with astral projection. I could see humans from top of the roof or through a wall.

Then I had an phase of unctrollable projecting to humans seeing a picture or video. After a while I had control over it by focusing in the now. I tried always to be aware what I am doing right now walking, eating, i am breathing ... then it stopped. And I could use it when I want to. The picture is not always 100% clear but when i see my loved once its pretty clear.

Only sometimes when I feel negative energies arround me I see the picture freeze or see them do things in the past (never in the future). I am practiced alot of martial arts when I was young so I gonna use the term CHI.

Now my question some of my loved once told me that they can see me (or better my CHI (life energy)) walking arround eating in their appartments and its like I am sitting there. How exactly does it work since I am feeling that I dont put much effort into it?

Your experience is very intriguing, I haven't heard of anything similar so I'm not sure if I understood what you meant.

Activating the third eye brings many benefits, but I didn't think astral projection was one. Still have my doubts, but I'm extremely curious about this, especially because you said you don't have control over it

I don't know what it could be, do you stick with a technique and practice astral projection regularly?

And your dear ones, what do you mean they can see your energy in the house, are they psychics?
