It's what brought me here. I can share what happened with maybe a couple of other people, as most think I'm off my rocker. I have my best experiences in the mornings, after waking up, feeling sleepy again, and then going to sleep for a nap. Only I don't sleep. I know for sure what happens to me is in the astral plane.
I've done lucid dreaming and it's just not as rewarding. The feeling of floating, flying, the feeling of total bliss! I can barely describe it. But I will do my best.
Today was one of my best yet, which means I must be getting better at it. I've had the experience several other times, but today's was wonderful! It didn't start off wonderful. I found myself tangled in rubbery hoses, that were trying to hold me back. I was scared and called out for help! But I realized it was my own fears doing this, and tore away the strange hoses, and went straight back. I then found myself just above my wood floors. My room was changed a bit, but I was in a familiar zone. I remember just floating and moving slowly at first, then speeding along at a comfortable zip along the floor. I did feel a bit of a sensual nature happening...the warmth of the floor, as if it had a nice warm heater on it, made me feel kind of all yummy inside! Then, the feeling of total bliss...I just floated until I was just hanging there mid air..I was in a state of happiness I never get to feel in the 'real world'. Then, BLAST, my husband comes walking through the house waking me up. I tried very hard to stay in the place, and it was to no avail. BUT, I just had to find a place to share, and to learn to do this again. Thanks for being here and for letting me post.
