Jules Verona Garcia - Introduction

Hello everyone,

My name is Jules Verona Garcia. In this moment, my only purpose is to document an OBE and gather evidence of its occurence, but if I'm successful, the sky is the limit. However, I'm still in the practice stages, and so, only time will tell if my efforts are fruitful or not. I would love to know your experiences.

Only with your help and the communities I find all over the internet would I be successful with this journey. I need your help, comments, books, forums, anything related that could help me develop my skills and increase our knowledge.

A few days ago I created a blog where I shall post my experiences, how will I test my OBE's, and some of my dream recollection stories.
I'm NOT trying to debunk OBE's. I can't do that. Some people, especially in these communities, are quick to judge a self-entitled skeptic like me: Yes, I'm a skeptic, which means I'll question and test anything you put before me. If OBE/Astral projection is true, I would love to experience it myself.

The doors are open for a new adventure: We shouldn't miss the opportunity to expand our horizons! ?

A warm welcome to the forum! The whole point about astral projection is that one must believe that one can do it, or any efforts will fail. The positive thought waves, the desire to succeed, must be there. A sceptic who starts with doubts is unlikely to get anywhere. The negativity will get in the way.

You have written, "If OBE/Astral projection is true...." If you want to succeed - and I wish you well - then start by putting your scepticism aside and believing in yourself. No "ifs". Prove it to yourself by doing it. Other people can't prove it to you. That is the only way forward.

Sure, a skeptic is no more than an open minded person searching for the truth, so an open mind is key, lest fail miserably. If we're bounded to our physical, mundane and material understanding of the universe and refuse to try a new experience, related to what we can't still explain, the uncharted, we're giving allegiance to wilful ignorance, and that's unacceptable. I must at least try.

:) Yes, being in the physical, mundane 'all that is' only gives the psyche a physical, mundane illustration. And yes, there is very much benefit in expanding the psyche outside or toward a direction other than the physical, mundane. But, however, in any case, we all live in a physical, mundane 'all that is.'
We all look to astral project and my opinion is we all do when we think of going somewhere or doing something. And you are right about material understanding, but there is a different connotation to understanding the material. Now, we can turn our attention to the smallness of everything which in turn expands the perception because there is more smallness. But, you have to understand the material. We cannot perceive anything less than what we understand.
