Is This A Vivid Lucid Dream or Accidental Astral Travel?

OK, I'm new to this website but I really need to ask this question. Since last August, I've been having these vivid almost life like dreams of a tall, dark haired, grey eyed English man. I often wake with a jolt from these dreams and wonder where he is and what he's doing. I really need to know because I've developed feelings for him. I was just looking for some clarification to this. I just need to know if this is a lucid dream, a vivid dream or accidental astral travel. Thank you!
