Introduction, New to the ForumforAstral

Hi! I am so grateful to have found this forum. I have had many experiences with Astral Travel, whether through meditation, or in a dream state, I find this to be a fascinating topic. I teach Yoga, Reiki and am a practicing artist, I love using Astral Travel as a means to heal others! I'm so looking forwards to learning more about this fascinating topic <3
