Thanks all.

Had 2 sp episodes in a row last night. Didn,t panic, then woosh sound started in my ears. After that I woke up. Second time same sound then nothing but darkness so I paniced and moved to wake up. Will keep trying.

Sounds like your getting close. I have not successfully astral projected but I am also getting very close

You are almost close :)
Just little stay calm and you will get into a beautiful journey :)
If you find only darkness, just try to tell yourself that you are going to see the room, It will help..
