Hello, I recently posted in the astral experience forum. I think I may have been doing this on accident for awhile.
Sometimes terrible things happen and sometimes thing's I can't explain. But it happens spontaneously.
It really terrifies me.
I'm not even sure if you would call it astral projecting, no one seems to know what to call it. But i'm Brittany! And I always have questions. I naturally believe in energy and tarots and such and spirits.

A warm welcome to the forum! If terrible things are happening when you AP, then you need to purify yourself and work on your chakras before attempting further. You do not want to go to the lowest levels of the astral. The higher levels are only accessible if you think positively, with purity and love.
