Hi,
I’m Corinne, new to the forum. I’m looking for some opinions on what happened this morning.
I was in a dozing state, not awake not asleep. My body began to vibrate and I became very aware of it. I focused on the vibes in my legs because that is where it was strongest. Then i had the weirdest sensation/experience. My eyes had come open and my consciousness was flickering between seeing out of my eyes and being somewhere else. Then next thing I know I’m standing in my childhood home. I touch the window and it is solid and real. I see my long dead dog Dana and get to pat and play with her. Other family members were there but they didn’t interact with me.
I woke up from sleep later and only remembered the experience when I was showering.
Do you think this was an astral projection?
I hope I can go again
