hello im new to this

Hello everyone, its great to be part of this forum. i am new to astral projecting. i have tried 3 or 4 different techniques, without any sucess. last night i tried a different technique for the first time with some sucess. i felt as if my hands and feet were floating, and afterward when i got up the inside of my body was freezing and the outside of my body was burning hot. also i felt like i had a lot of extra energy, i was just wondering if this this stuff is normal, i dont think i actually projected but i think i might be getting closer.
