Hello Forum For Astral

Hey! I'm 16 years old and I just got interested in Astral Travel. I've tried lucid dreaming but I've had no luck although I've been able to remember almost every dream. I would love to meet my spirit guide or guardian angel or just explore the astral realm. I also have some fears, I've heard the first time people project they see this woman in black standing by their bed and chasing them. Some say it is a reflection of your fear and some say it's a demon trying to get in your body. Could you please help me alleviate those fears? Thanks! I hope to meet some of you in the astral realm!
