Being Pushed back into my body by a Purple humanoid

Hi all I have recently started trying to astral travel, and the 3 times i have succeeded after the vibration stages, i get to pop out of my body but see a purple humanoid, yelling in a low tone and pushing into my forehead or Third eye.I never receive an answer to my questions but the last time i tried i saw it again and i said "im not afraid of you" i guess i pissed it off and it tried to choke me and i woke up at 3:03. I can't find answers anywhere and sometimes i see when him while meditating. I would really appreciate any advice or maybe a explanation.
