Hello, I'm new to this whole world of astral projection: in that I am just learning about it and have never had a single OOBE or anything remotely close to it. I think.... I may have come close tonight. I was relaxing my body and it started to tingle. I don't think I've ever been that relaxed before (especially since I'm a side-sleeper.)

However, I've read two books on the matter and don't think I've experienced anything remotely close to astral projection.

Hypothetically speaking, isn't it possible for someone advanced at astral projection to assist a not so advanced person at astral projection (that being me) to leave their body? Preferably a girl.... A single girl? Or maybe just a female.... Anyone?

Just for curiosity, Why do you require a girl to assist you ;) ?

I request you to stay calm while you try rather than being curious or forcing too hard to astral project, The key to astral projection is staying calm.
