Hello all, I've been on and off astral projection for about 10 years now. I've found some pretty successful techniques such as the egypto mantra that have worked well for me and have been to a couple of exciting places on the astral plane including an island on a planet orbiting earth with a temple. on this island i recieved a great teaching where i was shown symbolically how impermanent this world earth is. it was a great eye opener for me and a reminder to let go of all my attachments to the earth. the next day i had a real sence of peace and freedom lingering with me. my astral attempts have fallen away in the past few years but i'm now keen to get back into it. would love any advice or encouragement from you on here.also if you have any questions feel free to respond 
i know of many ap techniques that work quite well.

Hi Raphael ! Do you know anything about meeting in the astral realms ? Have you ever met someone you know while astral projecting ? I have heard that in order to find someone in the astral realms you have to vibrate in the same frequency, if that is true then do you know how to go about it ? And do you think that you would want to meet someone from this forum in the astral realm ?
I know that those are a lot of questions but the idea of meeting someone has always been interesting to me and i am sure that i am not alone on this :3 Just think about all the things that a team of astral projectors could achieve by seeking knowledge all together / learning and understanding the other dimensions
