I have some understanding of astral projection and lucid dreaming. I have had two brief lucid dreaming experiences in the past. Another time, pulling myself out of my body and floating in a kitchen and looking at someone who turned their head in my direction. Another time I was walking through a city and could recall everyones faces and tonns of detail.

Well, in the last two years I have been having a weird and recurring dream! I am bouncing into the sky and I feel like I am immediately dropping back down to the ground, bracing my landing and it repeats like I am on a trampoline and my stomach flips. I can wake up and go straight back into the dream and can't stop it. It doesnt feel like an entity, it feels like my body and I cant control it.
