Hello, I’ve experienced sleep paralysis before to the point of being able to see the room I was in vividly like I was peeking my strap head out of my physical body. I’ve attempted astral projecting quite a few times sporadically over the years, but more recently have been more focused and serious this past week in attempting an OBE. I’ve experienced he “Godhead” or hypnogogic state a few times and during that I’ve tried visualizing moving my hands and body to move out of my physical body. Hi everyone. I'm a little unsure where to start. In the last three months my life has changed ten fold. I have been drawn into everything spiritual, pretty much going from 0 to 60 in 90 days. I have been experiencing some crazy things. I went to my first reiki session and the instructor said he never experienced that kind of energy before, that i was another one of him. I have some understanding of astral projection and lucid dreaming. I have had two brief lucid dreaming experiences in the past. Another time, pulling myself out of my body and floating in a kitchen and looking at someone who turned their head in my direction. Another time I was walking through a city and could recall everyones faces and tonns of detail.

Well, in the last two years I have been having a weird and recurring dream! I am bouncing into the sky and I feel like I am immediately dropping back down to the ground, bracing my landing and it repeats like I am on a trampoline and my stomach flips. I can wake up and go straight back into the dream and can't stop it. It doesnt feel like an entity, it feels like my body and I cant control it.
