Hi all,

I am new here and I am hoping someone can shed some light on an experience I have had the last couple of nights whilst sleeping :)

I have held an interest in astral projection for many years now however have never really had any success with it.  For the most part of my attempts, I would simply just end up falling asleep. 

Recently I started to take St John's Wort for anxiety and every night since I started taking it, I have had the same unusual experience.  I become suddenly aware that I am asleep/dreaming however if I am dreaming I am never able to recall what I am dreaming about.  The only recollection I have is of the experience that occurs once I "become aware" and this experience feels very, very real.

Had 2 sp episodes in a row last night. Didn,t panic, then woosh sound started in my ears. After that I woke up. Second time same sound then nothing but darkness so I paniced and moved to wake up. Will keep trying.

You are almost close :)
Just little stay calm and you will get into a beautiful journey :)
If you find only darkness, just try to tell yourself that you are going to see the room, It will help..

Sometimes when you are in astral plane or lucid dream, the fingers or your hands looks wired, no need to worry for that :)

You are right, i got used to see my leg muscles on my palm. And used to see my whole arm into my leg!
