Has anyone ever tried tummo?it's a meditation where you raise your skin tepreature enough to dry a wet blancket. I really want to try this type meditation

Well it wont take few time untill you master it :)

I always wait for them to go out to attempt a project, unless i feel that i really need to relax myself by meditating, i put the headphone on and tell them that there are too many noises in the house so ill turn the sound on because i cant sleep like that, that lie works like hell!

You can also make your back straight for faster paralyses by putting a pillow under your knee :) , it works
