....... I think my eye is open, and I can kinda see with my eyes closed but it's like it's through a dark plastic or fabric....  Or calcification I suppose.  Ive cut fluoride from my diet, but I think it will take a while to clean off the pineal gland. :(  is the third eye what facilitates astral projection too?

Thanks for that post, But if i may ask, What does fluoride does to your body? Im kinda bad at chemistry so... Anyways why flushing it out of your body and getting rid of it?

thanks for introducing the great method. it worked for me for the first and second time and i used your technique for lucid dreaming and i had the longest LD ever....!
but then....no matter how hard i try it, i just fall sleep. :(
what should i do? does it still works for you? does it have any modifications?

Oh my, I have been doing this couple of times without understanding. At the times when I was really doubtful of this, so I disregarded it as "a dream" I was pretty sure that I am actually seeing with my eyes closed, but I thought it still has to be a dream of what I saw a moment previously - on the days when I just wanna sleep for longer.

The sight was, pretty much as clear as with eyes open. Don't know other way to describe it, I never thought about navigating around or anything but I will put all the tests in it.

I will start doing this every day now.
