I felt like my limbs are paralyzed and my right hand was moving alone .... Slowly
What was that
Sleep paralysis, Energy on your right hand was good, so it got separated easily :)
If you had tried some exit techniques, you would have experienced awesome things :)

There is no rule that you should hear things while you are in sp. You can have astral projection even without these things :-)

No feeling .. No sounds .. No smells ... Just my hand was moving but no moving
Yes, Its somewhat near to trance, but if you concentrate more you would have got into real trance.
This was actually a weak one :)
I sometimes get the feeling like I'm in seesaw :)
It is one form of technique :)
