Im having difficulty getting out of my body. I wanna get it to work with Direct method before i goto sleep. i meditate very deeply than i begin visualizing the white prickily lights that begin to form in the darkeness behind your eyelids. i focus on this as i drift back and forth from dream land to consciousness. i test to see if i can leave my body. wiggle a astral finger, or foot. try to feel the idea of pulling upward towards an imaginary rope. but nothing ever works. i never get the sensation of exiting my body. any suggestions?
Re: How to astral project in one single day! ( Devastating post! )
I cannot reach vibrational state :( i feel super relaxed but i just cant seem to reach the point where im ready to leave my body any help guys?
Really devastating post enraged master! Never have I been closer to leaving my body than through your technique! Many thanx for sharing it with us )) of course I have a couple of questions regarding exit methods. Yesterday I tried to ap using your technique, together with ap inducing binaural beats, which also turned out to be very useful. I managed to reach the vibration stage, hopefully I didn't get excited about it and remained calm trying to exit through my mouth, at the moment I even felt uplifting sensation, like my body was being pulled upwards. But I felt also that my physical chest and stomach were also going upwards without my effort, later I tried to relax more but all thing ended there. Vibrations ceased and my totally numb body came to normal state. So, I guess there was something wrong with exit method, maybe you can recommend some other method :) please help me out )))
Sorry if this has been answered already, I didn't see it.
I'm just wondering, if I Lay on my back and with my hands besides my stomach, close my eyes and focus on counting breaths, breath 1/2 of my normal breath, relax, calm my eyebrows and remove all ideas from my head and self trust, will I get vibrations and will I be ready to separate from my physical body?
Simply awesome Salah : ) To begin with, I couldn't stop smiling at your narration. It was so feisty haha. Straight up to the point with absolutely no time or words wasted on impractical elaborations. What can I say, we Indians excel at being straightforward, honest and unconditionally generous.
But, although the "directions" that were found to have been written out so far in other Astral Ejection and Experience texts are Entirely (allegedly) deemed "useless", on a practical point of view, with regards to the seemingly-oftentimes widely-deviating lengths they assume to "theorize" -which, in my opinion, yes indeed, could be annoyingly inessential, their religious deep-insights are certainly not extraneous to those who do not seek just the knowledge of the art.
It may be an analogy of a person mastering the bio-mechanics of riding a bicycle; which, I must say, is very complex; as opposed to simply "Riding" a bicycle, which, could be (in my case at least) very tricky and emotionally demanding to begin with, but second nature once figured out; while compared to the biomechanics of riding, a drop in the ocean. Of course, astral projection is nearly never self-taught (as it particularly was, for me, self-taught, wherefore I literally found my physical body unconscious on a bed, deep in coma, wherein I had literally fallen out of my body, perplexed) but compared to the magnanimous science behind every life-process involved, a benighted approach to astral projection is an insincere tribute to all those people who have, in the past, discovered and developed the art. They had had practically Nothing to base their experiences on, only besides certain unusual experiences of any others they had known, while projectors who preceded even them, could be thought to have been undoubtedly solo. Eventually, not only had they shared their art, but had First provided relevant "insight" to their readers -which is extremely essential if an appreciation of the craft is to be recognized and survive into the future.
It's like imagining Isaac Newton having left us a note that said that "All objects 'somehow' fall towards the earth" in contrast with the numerous equations he had effortfully left us with.
Another analogy could be how Marriages and parenting are seen outside of India today: as wicked travesty; whereas in the past, people loved each other with all their hearts and then shared their wish to create life and harbor it in respect to their own life. Marriages have reached such exploitation outside India, that it is now practiced between the same gender, besides between Humans and non-Homo Sapiens (the latter prevalent in India too, with respect to some scanty traditions). Such is the "religion" in but Moral India today (as there is a (un)fair bit of debauchery there too, in the works, sadly, influenced by the outside -in the former.)
The Astral-body is anything but a toy. It is governed by the laws of causation and destruction. It is essential to empower the cognitive complex through healthy meditation-practices, religiously, long before engaging in manipulating the disposition of the consciousness. It is curiously subnormal to mislead students by dispensing knowledge as supremely vital as Astral Projection (or "lucid dreams" for that matter.) And LETHAL.
Astral Projection is to survive time as an art, not a mere practice. One could benefit in countless ways from learning of its philosophy.
Personally speaking, my willful spontaneous projections withheld its obedience to my proclivity about 4 years ago; I resort now, to sleep-paralysis, which was quite a quandary till, happily, 6th of August of this year. I haven't had an OBE for 4 years now but have read countless texts and have gained an in-depth knowledge of the art in the time that had elapsed, of unsuccessful attempts, meanwhile.
In short, Salah, while straightforward directions into Astral Projection could be well received by the public, it is anything but Healthy, if you know what I mean. First off, Astral Projection wouldn't even Work and you risk the art being ridiculed with failure and misinformation with these crude directions.
Proper expounds would lead to relevant elucidation and thorough understanding. It's far, far from moral to exploit occult knowledge. Ramify responsibly.
Hi I just registered, to give you a huge thanks for wrote this post, I had followed it and Today I successfully has very smoothly my exit from body, In my own experience I had been trying to Ap for so long time, but I will tell you which made a difference. 1) believe I can do it. 2) Focus on exit body and how you want to get out of your body, for example once I started to breath I though, let's get out of the body smoothly. 3) Practice, and practice over and over, never give up, yesterday since morning to night, hour by hour I practiced, all the method and fail, I walk around and for 15 minutes and try it again, when fail I walk a bit meditate while inhaling think "I'm not the body" while exhaling "I'm not even the mind", .. Then try again over and over.. Until I had success. 4) believe in you, trust it will work, you had done all very well, stop thinking what next, just believe. 5) if you still have troubles then just while your day ask your self Am I dreaming?, and do a reality check, then ask your self Am I in a Astral Projection?, again try to fly or do a reality check, then Ask How did I get Here? And try to remember.
All this worked to me + the method you posted, and I leave here in order to help others with AP.
I still work on my emotions, after AP I returned into my body cause I fail the trance, my heart was pumping too much. Hahaha but was awesome!
