hey guys im new to this site and im not too good with punctuation so i apologize but im a beginner to astral projection ive being trying for about 3 or 4 weeks now and have been getting the tingling sensations and heaviness even felt like a was about to float out of my body i laid down on my back in the usual position last night listening to some binaural beats and i got to the tingling sensation but could tell it wasnt going to happen so i went to sleep and i remember waking up in the middle of the night with vibrations and paralysis i got excited and thought right just relax and i lay on my stomache to sleep and remember i guy saying u need to picture yourself with wings so i did that and imeddiatly flew out of my body it was so real i was laughing to myself how good this was thinking im actually astral projecting i headed straight for my bedroom window and went through the wall onto my street and remember seeing the street lamps and my road really clearly it was so good i kept nearly crashing back to the ground because i wasnt a very good flyer i suddenly got abit scared and decided to go back to my body and i did then i still had the vibrations and thought actually i enjoyed that ill do it again when i did i flew out the same as last time only in my room this time and felt a scary prescence and abit of a tug of war pursued trying to get bak to my body but i did i remembered all this when i woke up in the morning i hope it wasnt a dream i dont think it was but its hard to believe ive astral projected maybe cos its something i really want to do and im sort of putting myself down sorry about the length and punctuation can someone tell me what they think
