  • Lucid Dreaming is something that every body can understand, Lucid Dreaming is wonderful tool to explore yourself. Try explore yourself & get to know about your potential.

Here now I'm going to tell you some of the techniques which most of the people uses to Induce Lucid Dream. But these techniques are not universal, Every Lucid dreamer will have their own techniques, But those techniques will not work for everyone. So I'll give you some basic techniques, But You have to find your own comfortable techniques which works for you, Don't just say "Lucid Dream doesn't works for me" If you try willingly you will surely succeed Dreaming Lucid.

Before trying these techniques you must try remembering your usual dreams & you must be aware of your Dream. Remembering helps to know the difference between your Dream & Reality. If you use these techniques below you can have 2-4 Lucid dream every night. The best way to lucid dream is to start with your Dream.

    1. Have a will that you will have Lucid dream tonight.
    2. Wear some loose cloths & Be comfortable.
    3. Try to count from 100 to 1 (reverse order)
    4. Try counting from 30 to 1 (reverse order)
    5. If you get some other thoughts, gently ignore that and start continuing from where you stopped.
    6. Before completing this you will be asleep.
    7. Try to say yourself "I will have Lucid Dream tonight" at the last moment you get into the sleep state.
    8. By following the above steps you will surely get a dream, Try reality checks in your dream. ( I will Post Some detailed information about Reality Checks soon )
    9. If your reality checks works - Enjoys Lucid Dreaming. If you get failed to Lucid dream, Try and Try again till you lucid dream.
    Happy Lucid Dreaming

Post your comments or your own techniques here, So that other people too can Experience this wonder.

  • I use a similar technique to the above, but I only use the method after sleeping for five or six hours and for me this makes it much more effective.  Many people here will have had experience with the Sleep/Wake/Back to bed type of method, which is a way of increasing the effectiveness of other methods by sleeping for several hours before using any induction techniques. This has the effect of increasing the likelihood of entering a strong REM cycle of sleep during or immediately after your attempt, making lucid dreaming/astral projection much more likely.
I use a similar affirmation such as "my next dream will be a lucid dream",  and I try to use as much expectation as possible.  By expectation I mean that I really try to put myself in a state of mind where I am expecting and believing that lucidity will shortly occur. I'm convinced that the expectation aspect is just as important (perhaps more so) than the intention aspect which is similar but not the same thing. I've been using this method (or variations of it) for years and it's really good.

I was thinking to post about WBTB (Wake Back To Bed) method to induce Lucid Dream or Astral projection. One of the Best method to experience Astral project & Lucid Dream easily.
