Difference Between Astral Projection and OBE

Hi All,

I would like to clarify something, that is very confusing for many of the people here or anywhere :)
I'm just writing this thread as of my experience, so feel free to comment or correct me if I'm wrong.

What is the difference between Astral projection and OBE ?

There is a little difference between them. I hope you all know about the OBE, its called Out of Body Experience. whatever you experience Out of your body is OBE.
Some examples: Etheric Projection, Astral Projection, Near death Experience and so on.

So Astral Projection comes under OBE. If you get out of your body and you get into Astral Plane, then its AP. If you get out of your body and get into Etheric plane, then its Etheric Projection. Simple isn't it ?

Feel free to comment on what I have said. If you feel that I'm wrong, then please correct me :)

Astral projection: You perceive yourself projecting into the astral/spiritual realm.

OBE: You perceive yourself leaving your body.

If you are leaving your body, you will in Astral or Etheric plane(Buffer Zone, in between Physical and Astral plane) depending on your energy and thoughts. If you are have a good energy and positive thoughts, you will be in Astral Plane, if you have less energy and negative thoughts, you will be in Ethric plane.
You don't have to enter. If you are projecting from sleep paralysis, you are already there.
But, if you find yourself in Ethric, you must raise your energy to enter Astral. Once you experience projections, you will understand the difference between them :)
