For such a long time I kept having the same dream over and over again for a few months. It felt a little bit like a lucid dream at first but every time I did the same thing. I was inside a clothing store and I was walking toward a rack that of jackets that were army green. As I'm walking I hear buzzing that gets louder the closer I get. Usually I would get to the rack and then wake up because the buzzing started to scare me. But one time I had the dream and wondered what would happened if I didn't wake up. I had the dream again and the usual happened... except this time, when I got to the rack I refused to run away (wake up) I continued on and walked pass the rack and suddenly the buzzing got super loud and it appeared as it the store or room was vibrating heavily. It felt like I was in a box and a child was shaking it as if I...(continued)
hehe, in dream selves can be significantly altered to what we are in real life i guess, but hey atleast you had fun XD
we are not aware in our dreams because we think of ourselves to be awake. I am beginning to learn to lucid dream I have quite a big intrest in dreams and lucidity. love your post
Great, All the things which you have mentioned are techniques which I used to recommend people to do and also which I personally use
@Thomas, Thanks for response, I have faced the same issues, I guess it is common to lose lucidity when shifting to a new dream.
You are absolutely right about the super power trigger, I have a super power where I run very fast without touching the ground (kind of hovering), which I feel like I have it in my real life too and forget to get lucid.
dear first of clear u what is life cosmic energy n when cosmic energy goes our life ends. we all have energy by birth n the same is utilised when do routine activities.in night during sleep firstly our body receive the required energy n excess energy is transferred into dreams n when finished return back to normal position enjoy
Greetings all. I am working on a paper on non-self characters in lucid dreams. I am specifically interested in spirit beings or supernatural agents (SAs) in lucid dreams. My impression is that they occur fairly often in my dreams and when they do they have a special kind of autonomous character to them. Can I ask: How often do SAs occur in your lucid dreams? Can you recount a recent lucid dream that you have had with an SA in it? When they occur what do they say? Have you ever asked them “Are you real or are you just a figment of my dreaming brain? Can you prove that you are real?” What have they done to prove that they are real? Thanks ALL for any insights you can give me on this…By the way would you classify yourself as a non-believer/atheist or a believer in SAs? Thanks again
Normally I can hardly remember my dreams next morning except little bits and pieces vaguely. last night I put your binaural beat recording to the test. It was like i was both dreaming and awake at the same time. My dreams were much clearer and no longer black and white but in colors too. Wow thanks http://www.unexplainablestore.com/
This is my experience I don't know if its lucid or no so here we go... i am trying to do astral projection first then I relaxed deeply until I felt I'm light then I have accidentally sneeze which have wake me up I try to do it again in the prone position that's my goal in this position is sleep paralysis then it occurred I think first this is the chance after that I tried to relax deeply after that I felt a floating sensation which I dreamed conscious which I thought I have astral projection then I was floating with a motorcycle when I say rocket the motor boost from a rocket speed which makes me excited then I woke up it lasted from 1- 2 minutes
I am here to help you lucid dream based on my experience of it. I never read any topics and i probably never going to about lucid dreaming and how to do it so, if my way sounds strange then you will know why and it's because i self taught myself how to lucid dream. It's not easy ( at first) it takes time like astral projection but, bot as much time and it's pretty much easier. Based on reading a lot about astral projection, lucid dreaming isn't as good because you can't see details and the sex isn't as good but, i am not here to tell if it's good or bad i am here to show you my technique. First thing is first: you will not get it on the first try it won't be that easy and like astral projection the ideal time is in a sleep paralysis or if you wake up slightly in the middle of the night without the paralysis of course. When you are in...(continued)
