PS: one thing ive started doing that I never thought I'd find the time for is meditation, I always thought it was really complicated but its really simple actually, and surprisingly enjoyable once you let the process consume you. Now I dont know if its going to help with astral projection but its certainly teaching me about the subtle parts of me that i dont often pay attention to.

Hi there, Since I was young I've had all kinds of experiences which I simply couldnt explain to anyone. Things that Im only starting to understand now, from encountering entities and manifestations of thought forms, to involuntary astral travel. I have met beings who in some way reside on venus and mars (no idea how just remember thats what they showed me) and met a reptillian once (i actually didnt believe in reptillian beings because I thought it was all conspiracy theory dillusion, but here we are) and I cant stop thinking about that brief interaction. I have been able to see through my brothers eyes whilst I was asleep and he was awake, and ive been able to interact with my dogs in a telepathic way... Further more I've been able to interact in other peoples dreams which they remembered after, and ive also been able to look at an...(continued)

How to Shut Down?

Hello Mia, I Hope you are doing well.

Meditating surely will help, but I suggest you give it time, It is important to keep patience in the process and more importantly, not give up.

You do not have to shut down, instead, try to find ways to control it, you may have come from the bloodline of psychics, that would mean you have those inherent in you already and it's more of learning the ways slowly even if there is no one to teach you, it is okay to learn by making mistakes. I wouldn't suggest calling spirits without a better understanding of such things. Instead, start with navigating in your dream lucidly, control the environment, learn from the people in your dream / astral world.

Roads/highways back home

I dream very vivid dreams. Some with exceptional messages and others that leave me with nothing but questions. But a common vision I have and feeling is of roads and highways maybe like Escher. But these visions and dreams seem that I'm finding my way back. I'm just curious, does anyone else have a feeling or experience getting back home yo their body? I'd appreciate any experiences or any dreams like situations with reoccurring pathways or roads. Thanks!

Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection

Tom, You name it, I tried it and failed. But some day I will learn.

Recently I have been thinking about taking up some alternate nostril breathing from Hatha Yoga. It's great for balancing your nervous system, increasing energy, and improving focus. It is good for enhancing psychic experiences such as meditation, astral projection, and lucid dreaming.

One of the things they have in common is that you generally hold still for both. This is because you want your body to go to sleep before your mind does. So you start by finding a relaxed position where you will not be disturbed and will be comfortable after your body starts to shift. Slouching. Even laying down, your body may move as the tension leaves it. The trick is to have a way to keep your mind alert enough without being too alert. Counting, math problems, visualizing things. Repeating a mantra or affirmation. There are techniques about focusing on what you see behind closed eyelids, what you hear both near and far, and the feel of your body on the surface. Robert Monroe called that state of mind awake / body asleep Focus 10. It is a good transition point to meditation, wake-induced lucid dreams, and astral projection. It is a skill and it takes...(continued)
