The Astral Projection Forum

Hello. Recently, for the last year or so, i have had a new experience that happens randomly, at night on the verge of sleep. I do do astral projection, but i don't think this has anything to do with that.

This new episode, symptom or whatever it is, always happens when i am almost asleep. My hand, arm or head starts moving on it's own, in very odd movements, not jerky. It is not a seizure as it is localized to just one body part at a time. It might be medical, but i don't think it would stop when I grab it, (if it was) which it does. like if my right arm is moving on it's own, and i grab it with my left arm, it just stops.

My mother suggested that other people have said they had spirits or something write with their hand's. I find this far fetched for me, as I am 29 and this is just starting now. (and i am a skeptic.) If anyone has any opinions or similar experience, please share.

I have had many other weird experiences, but this is the newest and like i said, i am a skeptic so i try to find the logical explanation first. but i am stumped on this one.

Is your body part moving when you are awake or after asleep??

If its moving when you are asleep, then its not your physical hand, Its your Astral body which is liking to experience to astral projection.

well about 2 months ago, i was in and out of sleep, slightly awake but still asleep.

i slightly woke up, and then i was speaking in some kind of runic language, and my whole body was shaking like in a siesure. \

all i heard was another deep voice, while my inner voice was piercing and very high pitched to the point of unaudible noise and static, i still remeber a deep throbbing sensation throughout my body, and esp. within my mind. whilst shaking very fast, they would say something then i would scream a very high pitched frequency, untill it stopped etc, then my whole body stoppped shaking, and i awoke

weird experience, still remember my heart and it was throbbing very fast at the time.

thats my weirdest experience too date, and its random, wonder if it will happen again.

for me it was like someone trying to communicate with me, in astral? or othermeans neccassary?
